Excellent location just a short walk from the beach, with convenient access to restaurants and local stalls offering delicious food and affordable drinks. The room was well-maintained, with a balcony perfect. Staff were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing a minor leak issue during a heavy rain. The room felt slightly smaller than expected, and the shower had some maintenance needs that could be improved. A solid choice for those seeking both comfort and accessibility.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The minibus that we have booked to go to the airport was late and in the end missed us. The staff was ever ready to call the agent repeatedly to follow up. They even helped with the printing of our online check in tickets.

The distance to Soi Bangla was a little far for girls to walk alone at night.

The bed felt a bit too firm for comfort, leading to a less than perfect sleep experience. Some minor maintenance issues were present, such as a slightly rusty shower head and a very hard mattress, which may impact comfort. Finally, the beach area faced some cleanliness issues with oil stains along the shoreline, which detracted from the appeal of local attractions.

very nice big rooms, claen, a minut walk from the beach. very nice stuff...free wifi in the rooms and a free use computer in the reseption free of charge.

Just the location and travel desk.

The room was horrible. Bed was so hard that I had neck pain after 1st night itself. No clock. No double bed, they joined 2 single beds. No plug points. Entire hotel was smelly. AC was not so effective. Breakfast was OK.

Ideal low budget hotel with excellent staff at the reception desk. Marvellous location, quiet and beautiful rooms with extra bed and hairdryer, as for instance. A great selection of reasonably priced options for meal.

great location! very few minutes to the beach, nice room, best for solo and casual traveller. Yet it's among the small bars and massage shops.

Beach is less than 5 minute walk. Lots of massage places and restaurants nearby. The main walking street is only a block away and you will see the crowds for restaurants and shopping to be had. Very clean rooms, was very happy with the rooms! There is a tours desk out front and the prices are very good compared to other tours desks. We had gotten cheaper deals than out tourmates for the same tour. All of them included transfers and such - very friendly and had no problem with English at all

Charming stay with friendly faces

The friendly receptionists. Just a short walk to the beach, I loved the variety of eateries nearby.

I faced a slight inconvenience with some ants in the bathroom and the shower's water overflow, made the floor squishy, but it was manageable.

Food options are REASONABLY PRICED. Their rooms are always quiet and beautiful with complimentary water and extra bed plus shower.

Very close to the city center and the price is fair
